Become a product expert and help customers use Linear effectively while assisting prospects through the trial and evaluation phase. You will generate a strong pipeline and exceed quarterly targets and advocate for customers by surfacing product or adoption blockers to our product team. You will also help build the foundation and define our enterprise sales process.

As a Principal Customer Success Engineer, you will play a critical hands-on role in ensuring the success of our strategic customers, enabling them to unlock the full value of our systems and services. You will lead deep technical engagements across a portfolio of high-value accounts, guiding onboarding, integration, performance optimization, and production scaling and be the go-to technical partner for customer engineering teams.

As a Senior Customer Success Business Partner, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment, adoption, expansion and value realisation of Anaplan’s solutions. You’ll act as the strategic trusted advisor and primary Anaplan contact throughout the customer lifecycle, helping customers navigate implementation, adoption and expansion phases and maximize the value of their investment.
