Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to older adults across senior-living communities in Iowa from the comfort of your home. As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. The Clinical Research Educator role is to support the clinical liaison relationship during the design and execution of clinical studies for both domestic and international studies, and internal evaluations. This role collaborates with team members to provide diabetes management input, study execution expertise, and device training material for clinical sites and study participants. They will also support the compilation of study-specific procedure manuals.

The SSU Clinical Study Administrator is responsible for ensuring vendor spreadsheets are completed correctly and processed (submitted to vendor or global team) according to study team guidelines. SSU CSA will attend weekly Study Team meetings to report on vendor Spreadsheets. SSU CSA will participate in vendor management activities.

As a vital member of the Enhanced Care Management team, the Clinical Outreach Specialist plays a crucial role in connecting with prospective clients and guiding them through our services. You will reach out to potential clients, educate them about our offerings, and facilitate their enrollment by assessing their needs and linking them with our care management team. The ideal candidate will be personable and professional in phone interactions.

This short-term, project-based role is designed for recent graduates or early-career genetic counselors who are seeking hands-on exposure to clinical genetics within a primary care setting. The role focuses on foundational clinic operations such as chart preparation and template-based documentation.

Provide nutritional care to long-term care residents and sub-acute rehab patients within various communities. Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards. Be an active member of interdisciplinary care conferences. Represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff. Support the food service operation as needed.

Facilitates a team approach, including the Interdisciplinary Care Plan team, to ensure appropriate interventions and cost effective delivery of quality care and services across the continuum. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care plan team to address care issues and specific member needs whether medical, behavioral, social, community based or long term care services. Coordinates care of individual clients with application to identified populations.

Performs data review of clinical trial data, including query management, and reconciliation review of external data against EDC data. May assist in creating study documents or running study reports and metrics. Files study documentation in electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and department project files. Assists with quality review of activities performed by the CRO, as needed, and ensures compliance with own Learning Curricula, corporate and/or GXP requirements.
