Recora is seeking a Cardiac Rehab Intake Specialist to partner with users and provide personalized care for cardiac recovery patients, supporting them via video calls, tracking progress, and giving feedback, all while adapting in-clinic best practices to a remote-care model.

The In-House CRA coordinates aspects of clinical monitoring and site management in accordance with ICH Good Clinical Practices, FDA/MHRA/EMA guidelines, local regulations and WEP Clinical Standard Operating Procedures, providing operational support to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of clinical site monitoring and regulatory requirements as well as manages required documentation.

You are responsible for influencing and ensuring the best clinical care for patients through exceptional patient service and care coordination across disciplines, complemented by an entire interdisciplinary team. You will take the lead on comprehensive care coordination with a focus on identifying and addressing Social Determinants of Health. You will be an essential resource for patients, assisting them in navigating the healthcare system.
