ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Licensing Analyst to join their Subscription and Usage Analytics team. This role involves analyzing license utilization, reviewing contractual data, negotiating upsells, and supporting projects to automate processes. The candidate will work with Sales, Renewals, Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, and Engineering teams.
Serve as a primary point of contact for compensation or business operations inquiries via a ticketing system, managing a high volume of requests, and automate responses using AI. Manage compensation exceptions, own onboarding and offboarding tickets, and partner with analysts to resolve issues related to rep setup. This role involves preparing quota objects, maintaining documentation, data entry, and collaborating with sales operations and finance.
