Support the Application Packaging and Testing team in delivering software deployment services to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This position plays a critical coordination and liaison role between VA stakeholders, software vendors, Application Packagers, and Testers. The selected candidate will manage intake requirements, oversee task assignments, monitor progress, and support issue resolution across the end-to-end application packaging lifecycle.

Compile management information from projects including scope, cost, schedule, performance, and quality to provide visibility into deployment progress. Seeking a remote Workday Business Analyst for a contract through the end of December 2025 with the State of Maine Office of Technology; Applicants are able to work 100% remotely and must be located in the EST time zone, and have experience with Workday as a Business Analyst, and prior State or Federal government experience.
The Technical Business Analyst will gather requirements, validate processes, understand scope, test steps to reproduce, and assist with demos and training for system requests. You'll review, analyze, and evaluate the systems and user needs while producing documentation of both current and new processes as well as system flow diagrams. Working in partnership with cross functional teams to assist in assigned projects.
