Run a ~2-week motion where you exclusively speak to operators and professionals in a shortlist of potential next verticals to get signal on the size and quality of the next opportunity. Build repeatable growth motions on both sides of the marketplace.

The Partner Growth team member will work with enterprise-sized partners to help them get the most out of their partnership with cargo.one. Your mission will be growing relationships with airlines and large freight forwarders to drive theirs and cargo.one's success. You will work closely with our partners across seniority levels, and with our Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Analytics teams to achieve exponential growth for our partners.

As a Builder Regional Manager, Europe, you will help grow Base’s global footprint by driving Base’s adoption in Europe. You’ll recruit and manage a team of Country Leads in Europe, be the primary ambassador for Base in your home country, and incubate and grow the European Base community. You will also run scrappy growth initiatives to onboard developers and users and design and execute builder GTM strategies and programs.
