As a CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels. You will meticulously plan and execute campaigns based on strategies provided by our clients or developed by our strategy team. You'll collaborate closely with our clients to translate campaign strategies into impactful initiatives that drive results, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

This position is needed to be Twilio’s boots-on-the-ground in the developer ecosystem. You’ll build trust, spark ideas, and create a sense of connection across platforms and events. Engage directly with developers across platforms, listen deeply and represent the community, and prototype tools that reflect real developer needs.

Be part of shaping the future of HR strategies, processes, and technologies with our clients. With your expertise, you will guide organizations on their HR transformation journey, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals and maximize ROI. You will create comprehensive roadmaps for HR transformation and optimize HR processes (including AI) for efficiency and effectiveness.

Contribute through delivering sales opportunities & qualified pipeline contribution through innovative outbound & inbound prospecting methods, focusing on the initial stages of opportunity generation. Develop territory & account strategies to create & execute meaningful outreach. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Industry Leadership and Business Development Peers to focus, learn, adapt and evolve.
