Reporting to the Global Deal Strategy and Development leader, the Complex Deal Strategies & Development Senior Manager will be joining a team focused on driving high-impact global strategies that support ServiceNow’s long-term revenue growth and profitability through larger and more strategic transactions at scale. You will partner closely with Elevate leadership, Field Sales, Corp Dev, our Innovation Office, and GTM teams to shape and accelerate large, complex opportunities before they enter the traditional sales cycle. You will serve as a senior thought partner to executive stakeholders—supporting high-priority customer engagements, leading strategic initiatives, and co-creating new growth pathways with our most strategic accounts.

We’re looking for a BDR Manager to join our growing team and lead our Business Development efforts across EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a developing function in the region, guide and scale an existing team of BDRs, influence our global strategy, and build scalable processes that drive meaningful growth. This is a remote role, based in London.

This leader will act as a deal expert, driving deal strategy, developing commercial structures, and leading negotiations for strategic deals, while defining a consistent programmatic approach to help sales organizations close complex deals.

This role combines strategic sales leadership with a solid understanding of cloud-based customer experience technologies. You will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying new opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and positioning our client's AWS and Amazon Connect offerings as transformative solutions for customer engagement.

As an Associate Account Executive (Business Development Representative), you are the front-line of prospect outreach at Octopus with a goal to generate qualified opportunities for our Sales Team. You will be responsible for developing and owning the “top-of-funnel” through cold calling, cold emailing, social channels, and leads. You will be expected to learn the Octopus product in order to quickly and effectively communicate the value proposition, respond to objections, and speak to the industry trends.

Responsible for enhancing Veeva Basics visibility and market share growth by communicating the benefits to emerging biotechnology and medtech companies. The BDR will help the sales team achieve the long-range growth targets. In this role you will be working within a defined set of U200 segment accounts and contacts to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities.

Drive business development with US insurance carriers, brokers, and InsurTechs by identifying prospects, building pipelines, and leveraging insights on trends, pain points, and technology adoption. Develop expertise in insurance regulatory and compliance requirements to guide strategy, solution positioning, and client engagement. Lead client presentations, demos, and proposals, managing complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine, generating qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. You’ll identify key decision makers, engage them with compelling outreach, and set meetings that lead to revenue. Responsibilities include conducting outbound outreach, qualifying inbound leads, researching accounts, and collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing.
