As the Head of Channels and Alliances, you will lead entire Channel Alliances, initiating and closing new channel opportunities and driving new and existing partnerships to accelerate Cywareβs growth and profitability. This role involves setting the vision for the partner program, identifying and recruiting partners, and owning the entire channel alliance lifecycle. You'll design sales enablement programs, build relationships with partners, and provide market feedback.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of channel partners relationships in the ASEAN region. Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners, including key personnel. Fielding and routing all inbound interest from partners. Generate pipeline & strategies for new customer acquisition. Work with cross-functional teams on activities such as; messaging, marketing, training, campaigns, webinars & events.
