Answer a high volume of inbound calls, transfer and direct calls, and provide exceptional customer service. You will handle front office patient coordination, including appointment scheduling and transport coordination. You will also contact health plans and verify patient insurance information. Communicate effectively with patients, clients, team members, peers, and leadership, and accurately input data into Carenet and EMR databases.

The Contact Center Representative supports Shriners Children’s national 800 number and Shriners Children’s locations by answering inbound domestic and international patient referral calls, as well as general inquiry calls for all locations and departments 24/7. The representative receives patient referral requests through multiple sources, documents patient and caller information in Salesforce, and assigns the best-fit location for patients.
