Kiavi’s Risk Analytics team is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join us in our effort to reinvent real estate investment lending. You will be working with the Director of Risk Analytics to tackle fun business problems related to credit risk management, asset valuation, process optimization, and more. This Lead Architect will be responsible for driving build-out and standardization in technologies, processes and patterns used in our Cloud Data Engineering efforts. As a Lead Architect, you will be a technical lead to a high performing agile team in designing & building out both streaming and batch data pipelines and datasets. A key component of this function will be ensuring the technologies and architectures used to build our Data solutions our robust, scalable, resilient, secure, re-useable.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving pricing and packaging strategy and decision making by providing data-driven insights. You will be instrumental in analyzing pricing and packaging strategies that optimize revenue, profitability, and market share. You will work closely with the Head of Pricing & Packaging and other stakeholders to evaluate pricing and packaging performance and impact, identify opportunities for improvement. This position will be remote based in Brazil.
