The Senior Data Analyst will report to the SVP of Strategy & Analytics, and serve as a strategic partner across Kafene, to use data to shape how Kafene grows, invests, and operates. The role involves leading projects end-to-end, from framing ambiguous questions to analyzing large datasets and delivering insights that drive action, informing Kafene’s most critical decisions on growth, profitability, and efficiency.

You will be responsible for supporting multiple teams and their workflows to continuously deliver on internal requests focused on data pipeline and warehouse reliability, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in a fast-paced environment ensuring operational excellence, on-time delivery, and seamless communication across teams.

This role provides data expertise in developing efficient, reliable, and scalable BI tools and systems, with a short-term focus on building dynamic business performance reports for self-service and data-driven decision-making, and long-term projects including data warehouse architecture and data democratization.

Provide guidance in the research and implementation of Machine Learning algorithms for natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis using LLMs. Participate in the implementation of deep learning-based solutions. Plan experiments for testing and validation of implemented algorithms. Prepare models for deployment. Stay updated on the latest findings in artificial intelligence.

The Senior Manager of Biostatistics is a member of cross-functional development teams and contributes to trial design, protocol development, analysis planning, interpretation of results, and preparation of regulatory submissions. These individuals develop collaborative relationships and work effectively with the Biostatistics Lead, and other cross functional team members.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Databricks. Integrate data from various sources into a unified data warehouse, ensuring data quality and governance. Optimize Spark jobs, implement CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data solutions.

Assist with recreating forms, user profiles, and workflows in the new database system, deduping records and cleaning data, documenting changes between the two databases, collaborating with team members to ensure successful data mapping, and providing support and training on new database features for staff as needed.

Seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Intermediate Database Analyst to support and execute multiple data migration projects in parallel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for migrating data from source to target systems ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency throughout the process. This role requires strong expertise in SQL, ETL processes, scripting and process optimization.

Lead and scale the data function, guide data strategy, drive insights for critical decisions, and build a high-performing data team; working cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, finance, and the exec team to ensure data is at the core of every decision.
