The Operations Finance Director will support the Operations team across Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Information Technology. As a trusted business partner to the Chief Operations Officer and the Operations team, they will lead operations financial strategy, capital planning, continuous improvement/productivity tracking, and functional planning & forecasting for the end-to-end supply chain.

The Financial Business Partner plays a pivotal role within the Financial Management team by designing and interpreting financial reports and developing financial models assessing the impact of strategic scenarios. The individual will be a catalyst for change, using their expertise in financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes across the organization including strategic decision support.

This role is an integral part of the Finance organization, helping to develop a world class financial function for a high-growth, exciting and mission-led Company. You will develop and maintain key financial models and analysis to provide insights and help the management team with decision making. The position provides exposure to all facets of Minted’s business and requires an ability to quickly and deeply understand complex business models, large data sets, financial accounting and detailed financial statements.
