Be the finance partner to Accounting and the business for end‑to‑end purchasing and operating expense processes. You will own day‑to‑day operations in expense management , support variance analysis and expense forecasting, and build crisp reporting packages for leadership. You will improve policy adherence, reduce “shadow spend,” and raise the signal‑to‑noise ratio in our opex so leaders can make faster, better decisions.

As a Senior Analyst on Motive’s Vendor Finance team, you will work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and our Lending Partners (external). The Vendor Finance team coordinates deal processing with our sales stakeholders and their prospective customers when there is interest in a potential financing opportunity. You will be interfacing with both internal and external partners, with the primary goal of processing deals quickly and accurately with your sales stakeholders. Candidates will need to be detail-oriented, patient, flexible, curious, and ready to support our GTM functions in a consultative manner.

Inputting and modeling multifamily data and create Narrative Packages for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other capital sources. Work within DUS Gateway and Freddie Mac OUS systems to upload quote packages. Assist in organizing all marketing efforts, including writing press releases, create deal ‘tombstones’ and coordinating with W&D marketing for client events.

Drive business growth by providing scalable analytical and data solutions in the form of actionable insights, detailed business modeling, data analysis and creation of strategic & operational reporting. Partner closely with the head of BI and key revenue stakeholders to analyze business challenges and opportunities and inform decision-making through your actionable insights, business modeling and analysis.

Experience identifying and evaluating business acquisition and investment opportunities. Developing sophisticated revenue projection models for new product ideas and enhancements. Deep understanding of global defined contribution systems in the US, Australia, UK and Canada, as well as familiarity with emerging DC markets in Asia and Europe. In-depth understanding of the 401(k) managed accounts and fiduciary services markets and competitive landscape.

The Finance Manager is a key member of the FP&A team responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support across the organization. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Senior Financial Analyst – Go-To-Market (GTM) will serve as a strategic advisor to Solink’s Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role bridges financial insight with business strategy, ensuring data-driven decision-making across revenue generation, customer acquisition, and retention activities. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in both revenue analysis and expense management, providing financial guidance that drives profitable growth, supports operational efficiency, and strengthens accountability across the GTM organization.

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Senior Revenue Analyst will be a critical member of the finance team responsible for auditing, redesigning, and optimizing revenue-related processes. This role will play a key part in ensuring revenue assurance by identifying and preventing potential revenue leakage, while supporting our billing transformation and modernization initiatives. The Senior Revenue Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to data integrity improvements as we transition from Hubspot to Salesforce, integrate with NetSuite, and connect our in-house asset management platform.
