The Finance Specialist will support franchisees in maximizing financial performance through strategic cash flow management, KPI tracking, and financial literacy coaching. This involves financial coaching, KPI management, P&L analysis, cash flow & expense management, revenue growth strategies, and financial reporting & compliance.

Responsible for day-to-day financial planning and management reporting, with a focus on cash flow forecasting and equity (stock-based compensation and share forecasting). You will create and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, analyzing trends and variances to provide management with actionable insights.
