An ideal candidate has experience in an agency or consultancy, a solid background in HR, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within a project-based environment. As a critical member of the Talent Strategy team, the Talent Strategy Analyst works globally across our organization supporting strategic initiatives that support the short and long-term needs of our organization. Using sound methods and expertise, the Analyst coordinates and manages implementation of initiatives that fuel scalable growth, foster employee engagement, drive productivity, and streamline processes and decision-making.
Collaborate with the Director of People & Culture to forecast future talent needs, analyze skill gaps in our freelancer network, and execute quarterly talent planning to ensure our pipeline has the right talent at all times. Manage the full freelancer lifecycle—from attracting top talent to onboarding, facilitating contract updates, offboarding, and maintaining engagement with freelancers post-project. Be the go-to resource for freelancers, managing communications and ensuring they feel supported.
