The Senior Compensation Analyst is a cornerstone builder for Fullscript’s next chapter of growth. You will play a key role in shaping how we design, deliver, and sustain rewards that are fair, transparent, and scalable. You’ll help strengthen the foundation of total compensation programs, including incentive plans, equity, salary frameworks, and pay governance, so they reflect both business ambitions and our commitment to equity.

We're looking for a Vice President of Total Rewards to design and scale a compensation, benefits, and recognition strategy that supports our next phase of growth. You’ll be responsible for building programs that attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent—anchored in performance, fairness, and our company values. As a strategic leader, you’ll partner closely with our CPO, CEO, CFO, and executive team to shape our approach to compensation philosophy, equity, benefits, mobility, and executive rewards.
