As the Director of People Strategy & Programs, you’ll play a key role in enabling coordinated, data-driven HR projects and programs for our global People Team by crafting talent management programs focused on optimizing our employees’ engagement, talents and performance. You’ll lead a team of project/program managers and talent management specialists responsible for designing and implementing high impact people programs.
