As a Benefits Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our union members receive the best possible benefits packages; serve as a point of contact for union members, guiding them through the enrollment process, answering questions, and assisting with any benefits-related concerns.

As a member of the Learning Team, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and supporting the organization's logistics and administration of global training programs. You will ensure the seamless execution of training events (in-person, virtual, and self-paced), maintain training materials, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize the ClickHouse Academy learning experience.
