Manages mid-level and higher-level auto commercial and personal lines claims by gathering information to determine exposure; assigns reserve values to claims, making claims payments as necessary, and settling claims up to designated authority level. Assesses liability and resolves claims within evaluation. Approves and processes assigned claims, determines benefits due, and manages action plan pursuant to the claim or client contract.
Write and retain a profitable book of business through solid risk analysis, pricing, and servicing. Maintains compliance with state filings and adheres to corporate underwriting and pricing guidelines. Operate within written authority grant and makes referrals to Management as required. Collaborate closely with territory team. Keep peers and Complex Account Unit Management informed of all issues and activity and competitive information.

You will service clients' daily account needs, create certificates of insurance for offices throughout the U.S., review contracts for insurance requirements, and develop productive business relationships with clients. The role is primarily remote, with in-office attendance required two days per quarter.
