As the Salesforce Platform Architect at Zelis, you'll lead the Salesforce Center of Excellence. You will own the architectural vision, platform strategy, and technical roadmap. Your main goal will be to make Salesforce scalable, secure, and innovative across the enterprise. You will drive platform scalability across Sales, Service, Experience, and Analytics Clouds.

Serve as the senior technical authority within projects, ensuring that solutions are well-architected, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce and Grantbook best practices, reporting to the Salesforce Delivery Lead to focus on the technical depth of solutions. Mentor developers and consultants, guiding design decisions, and building reusable frameworks to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
