The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst analyzes business needs, documents and optimizes business processes, gathers requirements, and translates them into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. They partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and implemented effectively.
Our primary focus is to develop the next generation LIMS (Lab Information Management system), Customer portals, e-commerce solutions, ERP/CRM system, Mobile Apps & other B2B platforms for various Eurofins Laboratories and businesses. You will work closely with the Product Owner and Business Analyst in understanding the business goals and objectives and the requirements of the proposed solution.
