The Renter Solutions department has an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Business Analyst, responsible for the retention and maintenance of driver and loyalty profile information for EHI customers, making this data securely available to other services, solutions, and third-party vendors. You will develop, interpret, review, validate, document, and maintain business and functional requirements, as well as evaluate business requests and recommend solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with internal business owners to organize, standardize, provision, and enhance their SharePoint environments in alignment with best practices. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with both the technical and functional aspects of SharePoint, able to troubleshoot issues, automate processes, and improve site usability through effective collaboration and governance. Address SharePoint requests, create solutions, and improve the SharePoint governance structure.

Act as the crucial link between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that every feature and enhancement is grounded in clear understanding, accurate analysis, and strong collaboration. You’ll translate business requirements into well-defined technical specifications that guide development and testing efforts and facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, and drive consensus.

The AI Tools & Enablement Specialist leads the discovery and adoption of AI-driven tools and solutions across the organization, acting as an internal consultant and trusted advisor. This role involves partnering with departments to understand challenges, identify opportunities where AI can add value, and guide teams through selecting and implementing the right tools. This role also plays a key role in building AI fluency across the company through training employees, sharing best practices.
