As part of the Professional Services, Practice Delivery team, the Software Implementation Consultant I will act as the principal liaison on regional customer engagements to implement leading practices to optimize workflows and drive business outcomes within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings. The Consultant will lead an in-depth analysis of the customers’ desired business process, operations and practices and lead the configuration and setup.

Responsible for implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions, particularly in Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory Optimization (IO), and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP); requires understanding of SAP IBP functionalities and experience with SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO). Will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes and drive business improvements.

Take ownership of Veeva Vault ecosystem, ensuring optimal configuration, administration, maintance and performance across the organization. Provide strategic input to enhance efficiency, scalability, and system performance. Maintain system integrity within strict regulatory frameworks including 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP standards.
