Supports and maintains Epic applications and other related technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. Provides routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies, and procedures. Troubleshoots and resolves basic Epic application issues and provides end user support and assists the team in analyzing Epic vendor software updates and tests updates according to scripts.
