The IT Administrator will support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage access to company tools and services. This role also assists with Google Workspace administration, IT security, and process improvements to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will advise on IT-related matters, configure company laptops, implement security protocols, and streamline processes.
This role leads the team that builds and delivers the Identity and Access Management (IAM) foundation that powers the entire Camunda 8 platform. As engineering manager, you will be tasked with end-to-end delivery of said solutions, and work closely with other engineering teams to ensure they are well integrated across the entire stack.
The AI Integration Engineer will be the hands-on Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow and/or Workday connectors powering an enterprise AI agent platform, guiding customers from setup to production, unblocking complex integration issues, and coaching internal SMEs, feeding real-world feedback to engineering to improve connector reliability, performance, and features.
