As a Networking Engineer on the Cloud Operations team, you will design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure and work closely with DevOps, Security, and Platform Engineering teams. You’ll ensure our services are fast, reliable, and secure across multiple cloud environments. Responsibilities include designing cloud-based network architectures, implementing network hardware and software components, and troubleshooting complex network issues.
Design, configure, and implement secure and scalable network solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments. Maintain and improve network infrastructure, including routing (OSPF, BGP), switching, and wireless technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (L2/L3) and provide 3rd line technical support. Monitor network performance using tools like Catalyst Center, Zabbix, and NetFlow. Ensure network security by configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, identity solutions, and Cisco ISE.
