The ITAM / SCCM/MECM Analyst role at Navy Federal Credit Union involves supporting desktop application management and reporting. The analyst will perform audit and risk management, monitor software removal, and ensure compliance with security standards. Responsibilities include patch management, software evaluation, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and build relationships.

Assist with the deployment, end user support, implementation, data migration, and training for internal ConnectWise software suite for employees across all New Era locations domestically in the US and internationally. Provide application support to all internal users of ConnectWise, related integrations, and supporting applications, ensuring that requests are responded to and resolved within SLAs.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation and technical support of the IFS Cloud ERP platform and associated applications. Works closely with the ERP Solution Architect (IFS) and the Data Architect as well as specific project leaders. Supports the Transformation team in the daily operation of the IFS cloud system, liaising with support partners to ensure maximum availability of the system to the end user community.

Provide solutions to process improvement requirements of clients, primarily based on Microsoft Power Platform based technologies. Act as an Automation platform(s) subject matter expert. Establish and manage governance of automation Platforms. Involve in different activities of projects such as requirements gathering, analysing, and documenting business/functional procedures.

Formulates and define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops or modifies moderately complex information systems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
