As the IT Project Manager, you'll blend IT Project Management and IT Business Analysis experience to transform LISC’s ability to deliver the best IT solutions. You will provide project management oversight and leadership on assigned IT projects, manage technical resources, and coordinate with team members to develop project plans.
Drive the execution of software asset management (SAM) projects, coordinating with global stakeholders, and ensuring efficient license operations and compliance. Involves project planning, backlog management, and implementing SAM strategies using tools like ServiceNow and Power BI. Work closely with procurement, business units, and licensing services teams to reduce software-related risks and costs.
The successful candidate will perform complex functional activities in support of servers running the Windows server operating system. They will regularly exercise independent judgment and analytic skill in solving complex technical problems. This individual serves as the focal point for problem resolution by interacting with USPS employees and vendors to ensure proper application installation and operation.
