As Liatrio continues to grow, they’re looking for a hands-on Internal IT Manager to support their fully distributed team by keeping systems secure, laptops configured, and employees set up for success from day one, being the first point of contact for all things technical at Liatrio by handling everything from laptop setup and configuration to troubleshooting issues with connectivity, accounts, and software tools.

This position is primarily responsible for managing and providing Tier 1 technical support for TrustArc’s award-winning Data Privacy Management Platforms, answering all inbound client inquiries and quickly resolving issues. The role involves utilizing client-based tools, documenting, and contributing to product development.

You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, managing user accounts, devices, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. From shipping a new hire's laptop to troubleshooting a weird authentication issue, you'll be the person our engineering team turns to when something breaks, when someone needs access, or when we're trying to figure out if a new tool will actually work.
