Support the administration and management of a wide variety of contracts and provide support on a wide range of legal matters. Participate with project leads, partners, and counterparties to develop strategies and contract designs that meet Glydways’ goals; support day-to-day work of managing the suite of documents necessary to deliver on our projects.

The Compliance Investigative and CMPP Support Contractor will analyze civil rights and civil liberties complaints, develop investigative plans, and conduct investigations. They will apply investigative skills, relevant civil rights law, and policy to complete investigations. The role supports CMPP programs and assists in identifying gaps in program services.

The Senior Associate will support regulatory oversight of grievance and appeal processes, ensuring fairness and compliance with state and federal regulations, particularly in California. They will collaborate with departments to gather information, analyze case handling, contribute to reporting, and support operations compliance initiatives like audits, while partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with the Director of Contracts Management to oversee, review, and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle. You will play a key role in handling all aspects of government contracts, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening relationships with government contracts. Ensure strict adherence to Federal Government Regulations and company policies related to contract compliance and administration.
