Support internal teams with their legal inquiries, monitor legal developments and translate complex changes into clear internal guidelines, draft, review, and adapt standard agreements and templates, support contract negotiations, and help ensure product compliance with key regulatory requirements.
Working as a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal support on corporate matters including document preparation, filings, notarizations, legalizations, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations. You will also manage legal documentation and databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate record keeping.
You will be involved in delivering expert witness services by assisting delay experts in delivering delay reports for adjudication, litigation, and other forms of dispute resolution; and recovery service by assisting contract and commercial specialists in providing strategic advice to clients whose project and major programmes are in commercial distress.
