Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD) are needed to offer services to clients in our outpatient group office. Candidates should be skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders as well as behavioral, social, and emotional struggles.
Make a meaningful impact on people’s lives by supporting members through behavioral change. Using motivational interviewing techniques, connect with members via phone calls and digital communication, guiding them on their journey toward positive transformation. Engage with members weekly through text-based chats and check-ins to track their progress. Conduct initial onboarding coaching calls to establish rapport and set goals.
Conducts evidence-based therapeutic sessions for children, families, and individuals in person or via telehealth. Develops and implements goal-oriented treatment plans. Completes documentation by a given deadline and in compliance with program and state regulations. Ensures all clinical notes and client information are updated and accurate within the current EHR system. Provide conflict resolution and crisis intervention when needed.
