As the Manager of Implementation, you will play a hands-on role in leading customers through successful onboarding and implementation experiences. You’ll manage and support a small but growing team, refine our implementation process, and help drive key outcomes across customer experience, time to value, product adoption, and operational efficiency.

You'll lead or support various processes and projects surrounding partner and merchant onboarding, implementation and revenue activation, collaborating with teammates across various departments to optimize operational efficiency and customer throughput.
