Responsible for all aspects associated with delivery of translations on the Smartling platform. Playing the link between the linguist community, customers and the Smartling team to coordinate, monitor and deliver all translation projects per Smartling’s quality and turnaround time commitments. You will oversee and deliver translation requests on a daily basis, ensuring that Smartling meets its expected service levels and key goals
