As General Manager of Benefits, you will report to the COO and lead the P&L and develop the strategic direction for our global benefits solutions. Your approach will help deliver and manage competitive benefits, solving complex international benefits challenges for our partners. You'll own and drive P&L performance for the global Benefits business unit, optimizing costs and revenue across brokerage services and execute a comprehensive business strategy to meet diverse customer needs across multiple employment types and geographies.
