The Senior Staff Product Manager, AI, will be responsible for the product strategy and execution for Temporal in the AI space. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of AI and distributed systems to identify and address the needs of AI-focused customers. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.

Lead the Custom Models team, which is currently made up of 5 Engineers, to build innovative AI solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Define processes and best practices as you grow a high-performing team from the ground up. Requires strong technical skills, managerial experience, and a passion for advancing AI technology.
