The AI Agent Development Project Manager (L7) is a senior delivery leader who owns end‑to‑end execution of AI‑augmented software programs. With 12–16 years of experience, this role blends hands-on AI agent development with program management and people leadership. You will start by managing an AI engineering team and grow the organization to include infrastructure, data, integration, and application teams. You’ll partner closely with Growth, Solution Delivery, Finance, and HR to plan and deliver outcomes on time, on budget, and in compliance with client and industry requirements.

Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales enablement, and customer/partner engagement for core App Engine products. Responsible for leading GTM Strategy, supporting the definition and execution of launch plans for new App Engine products & features, and collaborating with inbound PM, marketing, and sales teams. Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, guiding them through product journeys and gathering feedback to inform roadmap decisions.

In this role, you will help define and deliver the next generation of AI-driven planning and analytics experiences for enterprise users, shaping interfaces, orchestration layers, and configuration tools that make advanced AI capabilities intuitive, secure, and scalable. Working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams, you will build foundational product experiences that power AI-enabled workflows, including emerging agentic capabilities.
