As an AI Agent Product Manager, you will create, deploy and optimize AI Agents that transform our customers’ businesses and delight their customers. This highly cross-functional and customer-facing role blends product thinking, a nose for value, and project leadership with senior customer executives. You own each AI Agent and the outcomes they drive for customers, and you take that personally.

Lead the development of Instructure’s Education AI Agent that powers intelligent, trusted, and scalable support for educators within our LMS ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in defining what quality and effectiveness mean for AI agents in education, working cross-functionally to deliver agentic workflows that support real classroom needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong LLM-based chatbot experience, a growth mindset, and a passion for using AI to drive meaningful impact in teaching and learning.

This role will lead LLM and Gen AI data projects for enterprise clients. Requires an exceptional blend of strategic thinking, client-facing skills, project management and operational skills as well as a deep understanding of the Gen AI landscape. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful execution of LLM/Gen AI engagements and also scope and define new use cases, collaborating with clients to understand their AI data challenges and identify solutions.
