The Sr. Business Process Consultant(AI) is the functional and process expert, consulting with customers and guiding them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of ServiceNow Generative AI products. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Lead customers in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow AI Solution’s standard capabilities in their efforts to improve their business processes.

• Define and execute the regional product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the Principal Product Manager.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to bring new EMEA-specific capabilities to market.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and collect market insights to inform feature prioritization and localization.

Own product lines for your market, including vision, strategy, value proposition, and roadmap planning. Drive continuous discovery to identify opportunities to improve, expand, or launch new product lines. Lead market launches and product updates, ensuring adoption, engagement, and satisfaction targets are met.

• Own the systems and workflows that remove the “work around work” and make practicing on Rula seamless.
• Simplify clinicians' day-to-day, reduce burnout, and create an experience that supports strong clinical outcomes and a healthy practice.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Provider Operations, Clinical Leadership, Support, and Product Marketing.

• Support and launch Wealthsimple’s world-class growth initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Support to evolve our supporting infrastructure to scale to millions of clients.
• Partner to identify opportunities to improve acquisition, referrals, and retention.

Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple client initiatives. Oversee and coordinate several work streams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project goals. Create and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps and success metrics.

As a Product Manager, you will define and execute the product vision for our mobile app, offers platform, and financial health product line. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to build products that enhance financial access for our customers. Balance customer insight, and executional excellence to drive meaningful business impact.

• Act as the product owner for homeowner and staff-facing experiences and workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver new features for applying homeowners.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and analyze user behavior.

• Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
• Coordinates with Infrastructure Engineering teams to survey buildings and communication closets, review technical drawings, and validate cable plans.
• Assists the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.

Drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-To-Market teams. Develop release plans, track progress, identify dependencies, and sequence work effectively. Lead post-mortem analyses to capture lessons learned and implement process improvements for future initiatives.
