This role provides support to management on pipeline, signings, win/loss metrics and related business processes and technology, while also supporting Sellers, Account Managers, and other user groups with day-to-day support regarding SFDC, including reporting and sales processes. As a Salesforce Delegated Administrator, core responsibilities include executive reporting, sales productivity improvement, help desk support, and user management.
