Sales Engineering unlocks and empowers prospects’ full potential on the Plaid Network. As a customer-obsessed technical advisor in the pre-sales process, you’ll work closely with the growing Banking and Wealth Sales team as the technical lead during the pre-sales process. You will be responsible for partnering with Account Executives, proactively pushing deals forward by overcoming technical objections and evangelizing Plaid solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.

Drive the services component of our sales process, helping scope, price, and position implementation strategies that align with our customers’ goals and Ridgeline’s vision. Act as a strategic advocate for Ridgeline’s Customer Experience offerings throughout the sales and post-sale lifecycle. Negotiate and finalize services agreements, including Statements of Work and contractual terms. Coordinate with partner firms when third-party services are required to support implementation.
