We're looking for a Back-end Engineer to join our app product team and help us develop and maintain the backend codebase and critical integrations for our Winona product. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our telehealth platform by implementing new features and maintaining key systems, supporting internal stakeholders like doctors and customer support.
Design and own the architecture of a scalable, secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform built on AWS and .NET. Collaborate directly with client CTO, SVP of Engineering, and product leaders to define the technical vision, roadmap, and priorities. Lead architectural decisions for authentication, authorization, and data access models (RBAC, ABAC, Zero Trust). Oversee engineering teams during design and implementation to ensure architectural integrity and delivery quality.
The Platform team works horizontally with different engineering teams to build tools, services and shared libraries to simplify the day to day of the developers. The Identity and Access Management team is responsible for our auth service, and everything related to Authentication and Authorization in our microservice architecture.
