As an engineering leader at Headway, you will be responsible for establishing and growing these pods through hiring, people development, and strategic planning.

Lead the Shop team within Consumer Revenue org, building the platform and products for users to enhance their identity on Discord with premium and unique content. Define long-term strategy with Product, lead a full stack team of engineers, and drive vision and roadmap. Build a team of engaged full stack engineers by hiring, coaching, and instilling best practices.

Shape how Upstart drives growth and engagement through intelligent targeting, seamless offer presentation, and strategic product recommendations. You’ll be responsible for enhancing the logged in user dashboard, optimizing out-of-funnel cross-sell strategies, and advancing efforts by improving data collection, pricing orchestration, and personalized offer experiences. Your work will directly contribute to increasing customer lifetime value.

Lead a team of 5-6 engineers, establish team mechanisms, and collaborate with cross-functional partners on product and operational strategies. Coordinate with QA to triage issues and own product features. Manage full-stack engineering teams, coach reports to support career growth, and translate vision into a roadmap. Foster a culture of high-quality code.
