You’ll lead a team of five developers on Workleap Performance while staying close to the code; about 60% of your time will be spent as an individual contributor, and 40% will go to people management. We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Engineer to guide a small, high-performing team (4 engineers) building a scalable SaaS platform for the event and hospitality industry. You’ll be designing, coding, and mentoring daily - the ideal blend of architecture ownership and player-coach leadership. This is a high-impact, HANDS-ON, leadership role where you’ll help guide architecture and improve infrastructure.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive the development and delivery of core components in our agentic AI platform. You will play a hands-on leadership role in designing, building, and optimizing voice agent technologies, while fostering a high-performance engineering culture focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.

This role will help design and maintain systems that ensure compliant, efficient, and auditable global payments flows. You will bring specialized knowledge of VAT, HST, and GST to enable Kickstarter to operate confidently across multiple jurisdictions and to provide correct, transparent tax treatment for backers, creators, and the platform. You will strengthen the connection between Payments, Finance, Product, and Legal teams to deliver technically robust and compliant solutions that scale globally.

Build secure, scalable cloud-native services to support real-time medical workflows, develop clinician-facing interfaces for interacting with streaming video and telemetry, and implement robust APIs and protocols to integrate with edge systems. Design for degraded connectivity, offline scenarios, and secure data relay, also work with the Harbor GM and mission owners to shape the product roadmap.

This role will focus on driving the design and implementation of general software that empowers our operations teams to better serve our healthcare providers, thus giving them more time to focus on patients and deliver better services. We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years of software engineering experience. The candidate will build end-to-end products to scale and empower our operations teams and work across the entire software stack.

Build the data visualization and analytics experiences that help creators understand and grow their businesses. You will be joining the Reporting & Compliance team, which is responsible for providing in‑app business analytics to our creators. This is a hands‑on role for a product‑minded engineer who excels at crafting exceptional data visualization and user experiences.

Lead a small team of engineers, providing technical mentorship, code review, and architectural guidance to ensure high-quality delivery. Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to shape roadmap priorities and translate customer needs into scalable solutions. Architect and build complex features across the stack using React, TypeScript, Python (Django), Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Drive engineering best practices that elevate team productivity.
