• Lead and support a small senior team while continuing to contribute technically, whether that means pairing with engineers, reviewing designs, or jumping into code when it matters most.

• Architect and lead the development of responsive Drupal websites and web applications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on Drupal Front-end architecture.
• Collaborate with the design team to improve accessibility, usability and adherence to design vision.

• Develop and maintain code for new and existing products, catering to both end-users and internal operational needs.
• Create and execute various tests to ensure software reliability and functionality.
• Monitor application performance and collaborate with the team to optimize software for better performance and scalability.

Build and manage a basic medical application. Maintain, monitor, and update the app after launch. Collaborate with leadership to refine features and improve functionality.

• Design, train, and operate ML systems that power the Tebra platform.
• Own the entire lifecycle from data exploration and model development to deployment.
• Push the boundaries of applied ML in healthcare, transforming messy real-world data into reliable automation.

Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM). Work closely with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
