As the Director, Operations Strategy & Insights, you will work across the Operations function to track and understand business performance, develop insights, and execute large scale initiatives impacting our end-to-end service delivery. You will partner with leaders across Clinical Operations, Customer Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Customer Success to lead major business transformation initiatives.

Be a driving force behind the vision, strategy and execution of new and emerging business units. You’ll work cross-functionally with commercial General Managers, as well as Product and Technology leaders, to develop collaborative business strategies, analyze business performance and ensure delivery on critical initiatives. This role requires a strong foundation of analytical skills, as well as exceptional strategic thinking and project leadership to deliver on Fetch’s next wave of growth.
