Lead large, cross-product, strategic initiatives critical to the success of the Financial Services Organization. Partner and collaborate with key banking and insurance customers from around the world to deliver “what’s next” in banking and insurance. Provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership for collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams. Act as an industry influencer and thought leader.

Represent the needs of customers across the product and design lifecycle, applying research techniques and methods. Engage with customers to understand their unique needs, partnering with Product Managers and Designers to influence product strategy. Validate feature and design direction through participatory design and usability testing. Analyze qualitative studies and quantitative data to generate strategic insights with actionable recommendations. Provide mentorship to team members.
