This role is pivotal in defining, growing, and optimizing the design system to support our vision of becoming a premier marketplace for quality experiences. The Director of Design Systems will be responsible for unifying product and brand experiences, fostering cross-functional collaboration across design and engineering, and establishing a strategic approach to scalable design language.

Lead the Creator and Brand product design teams at LTK, driving deeper connections between premium lifestyle Creators and Brands. Oversee approximately 6 product designers, partnering with product managers and engineering leads to improve processes and build strategy. This role requires a people-first leader who collaborates without ego and brings accountability.

Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences and validate design decisions through research. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to solve complex problems, creating accessible and visually polished user experiences. Champion the design system, work with engineers to bring designs to life, and facilitate workshops to align teams in a fast-paced environment.

As Staff Product Designer, Design System you’ll lead a newly-formed, cross-functional squad dedicated to evolving, implementing and scaling our design system, Norma. You will be responsible for developing the tools, components, documentation, materials and ways of working that enable designers and engineers to create our world-class experiences.

Lead the development of best-in-class SDKs and shape the developer experience for Activity Feeds, Chat, and Video APIs. As the Principal Product Designer, you will drive the end-to-end design strategy for Stream's core products, ensuring app developers and end-users enjoy a world-class experience. This role provides significant autonomy and impact, shaping the UX of tools used by a global developer community.
