We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead high-impact design efforts across one of our core product areas. In this role, you’ll shape product strategy, drive end-to-end execution, and help elevate the usability, quality, and design culture across the company. You’ll work across cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, advocate for user needs, and contribute to systems and practices that scale across multiple teams and surfaces.

You will be the highest level individual contributor responsible for driving design excellence, shaping strategy, and delivering high-impact work across complex product areas. As a Principal Product Designer, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to define the vision, connect experiences across the product ecosystem, and elevate quality through deep craft and strategic thinking. You’ll be a trusted thought partner, mentoring others and championing design as a key lever for customer and business impact.
