This isn't a traditional designer role—you'll be the primary product owner responsible for end-to-end product development, from strategic vision to implementation. You'll work directly with engineering to build products that fundamentally change how children with learning differences receive care, while navigating the complex needs of students, parents, educators, and clinicians.

As a Senior Designer, your mission will be to participate, propose and promote activities that strengthen design as a discipline within the projects/areas where you have formal allocation, understanding the impacts of the work, as well as conduct one or more parallel projects, establishing independence and responsibility in decision-making.
