We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and work with an Entertainment client. The role involves collaborating on problem discovery, proposing design solutions, analyzing data, and creating prototypes.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will work closely with PMs, ML experts, and developers to explore AI-powered opportunities and turn ideas into intuitive, testable solutions. You’ll lead discovery, facilitate Design Sprints, build prototypes, and help shape early-stage products that improve workflows and services through AI.

As a Product Designer Senior, your role will be to solve high-uncertainty problems, proposing high-performance and delightful solutions that meet the needs of users and the business. You will conduct the design process from problem definition, conception, and validation of hypotheses, to the launch and monitoring of the performance of the designed solutions.

You will work closely with customers, Product Management, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions to help our customers. The ideal person for this team will be able to balance customer needs and priorities with scalable, consistent, delightful user experiences in an agile environment.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer on the Design System team, you will be the visual force behind Aurora Solar products; work involves researching and designing interface components, usability testing, and creating Figma prototypes to validate design concepts.

You’ll play an important part in the entire product development process, from brainstorming to launch. You’ll be part of a UX team where each designer is responsible for different areas of our product and integrated into individual scrum teams. You’ll be a driver for all aspects of product design and execution, including pitching ideas, designing the experience (visual design, interaction design, and prototyping), and communicating the solutions to necessary audiences within the company.

This role involves strategizing, exploring, validating, and building solutions across teams; deep dives into data, journeys, and technical architecture will be required to build experiences and tools that cater to diverse team sizes and roles. The candidate should be comfortable defining long-term vision and design execution details, excelling at distilling complex, technical concepts into simple, crafted experiences.
