Own end-to-end design across key product surfaces and journeys, grounded in user research and data and executed with exceptional craft.

Shape the future of AI-driven construction software by joining a small, fast-moving product team working at the intersection of real-world construction workflows, AI/ML, and next-gen UX/UI design. Design and iterate on core product features and (micro)interactions from initial concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and handoff. As a Design Engineer at Thatch, you’ll sit at the intersection of design and engineering, helping shape how people experience our product through thoughtful, beautiful user interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to refine our application’s UI and bring consistency across the product. You’ll help iterate and evolve the design system and frontend infrastructure.

Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and other teams to solve UX and UI challenges in a remote environment. Communicate ideas through quality concepts and prototypes, providing clear design specifications to engineers. Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate alignment and communicate design rationale, focusing on perpetuals trading within the web3 space.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create experience design deliverables including journey maps, roadmaps, and design systems. Participate in workshops, helping to develop design strategies and gather input from clients and teammates. Contribute to project planning and design decisions, while learning from experienced designers.

Shape the product strategy and user experience of Rillet. Work closely with the CTO, product and engineering to build industry defining accounting & finance software. Drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design. Enhance the design system for Rillet. Understand the array of user goals, business requirements and technical constraints that shape our product.

The Interaction Designer will help set standards for interaction design across the public sector. You will design and build simple, clean, and modern interfaces as part of our first digital delivery team, starting from scratch but sharing your work. You'll design interfaces users depend on and help teams understand why good interaction design matters, earning trust and working with ambiguity.

We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher who’s eager to shape how our company learns from its customers and uses those insights to guide strategy.
