New Patient Coordinator

About the Role:

• We're seeking a part-time Client Engagement Intake Specialist to handle inbound inquiries via SMS and scheduled phone consultations.
• This is a flexible, on-call role where you'll build trust with prospective clients through thoughtful questions.
• You'll work remotely and must be available to respond promptly during East Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly monitor and respond to incoming SMS inquiries in a professional manner.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand each individual's situation and comfort level.
• Accurately capture details in CRM and scheduling platforms, and coordinate phone consultations.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with curiosity and empathy.
• Tech-savvy with comfort learning new platforms; experience with CRMs or scheduling tools is a plus.
• Reliable availability to respond to leads throughout the day, with attention to detail.
