The Role:
- We are looking for a Director of Human Resources to build the people infrastructure and employee experience.
- You will report to the CEO and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team.
- You will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to offboarding.
What You’ll Do:
- Own Dutch’s people strategy and HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and people managers.
- Develop compensation philosophies, salary bands, and incentive programs.
