• Own the end-to-end contracting workflow across customer contracts.
• Fully manage contract-related tools such as DocuSign, including template creation, updates, testing, and configuration.
• Lead internal training and onboarding for contract-related systems and processes.

Prepare and send client agreements via DocuSign; maintain a log of sent, signed, and pending contracts. Create and send invoices in QuickBooks Online; track payments, send reminders, maintain records; provide weekly invoice and payment reports. Enter client and project information into PipeDrive or similar CRM; keep CRM updated with contract, payment, and follow-up statuses.

Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements including agreements concerning online subscription software, data privacy and processing, intellectual property use, and professional services. Provide strategic and practical legal advice to teams globally across the company including sales and procurement. Contribute to the continuous improvement of document templates, alternate language playbooks, and internal resource documents.

• Oversee creation and maintenance of contract records, data integrity, workflows, templates and playbooks.
• Assist with time sensitive redline requests, amendments, and contract-related inquiries.

The Contracts Manager will be a critical link between our sales and operations teams—helping to ensure our customer contracts are executed efficiently, accurately, and on time. You’ll take ownership of the contracting process , driving deals forward by coordinating reviews, resolving bottlenecks, and managing communication between internal stakeholders and external clients. Partner closely with our fractional legal counsel to ensure contracts align with company policies and risk tolerance while maintaining momentum toward closing deals.
